NEUS cooperates with SHIKEN Japan in the design, production, and sales of dust collectors. SHIKEN is a professional dust collector manufacturer with a 60-year history and has a large number of Japanese customers such as Nippon Steel, Hitachi Metals, Toyota, and Honda.

2025 年全球垃圾年产量 22 亿吨，人均每天产生 1.4 kg垃圾。目前垃圾的主要处理途径分为：卫生填埋、生物处理、RDF焚烧发电，但这样处理有如下环境问题：
1、渗滤液污染水体；
2、占用大量土地资源；
3、废气排放超标；
4、增加碳排放，与此同时政府需投入大量资金处理这些垃圾经济压力巨大。
为此东大三建开发了生活、陈腐垃圾资源化工艺及整线设备，无论新鲜还是陈腐垃圾进厂后经过东大三建的资源化整线设备处理最终生成裂解油、碳及不凝可燃气，其中油和碳可资源化处置变废为宝，不凝可 燃气收集后继续向热解设备供热，自给自足。该资源化产线能大大缓解政府的资金压力，并实现变废为宝、绿色环保、造福子孙后代。
