脱漆处理是为了提高UBC等物料的回收率，除去UBC等材料表面的涂料、喷墨、塑胶及油的工艺。三建集团拥有先进的全球专利技术并命名为IDEX^®脱漆烘干系统，其最大特点是能非常好的控制系统内温度、O₂浓度及系统压力，使UBC物料表面的VOC充分挥发并导入再焚烧炉充当燃料完全分解后无公害排放掉，同时残留C可在出窑前全部反应掉，确保物料表面无任何残留且不过烧，最大程度的提高回收率。目前集团业绩＞100套、单台最大处理能力22t/h、脱漆率＞99.9%、吨铝天然气消耗20~30Nm³。

NEUS Double-chamber furnace has following feature:
1：Maximum holding capacity: 120 t/ch

4：NOx emission < 180 mg/m³ (O₂ conversion concentration 9%).
5：Burning loss: <3% (when melting UBC alone), <1% (when melting ingots alone);
6：The maximum molten aluminum circulation capacity of the mechanical pump is 1440t/h, and the corresponding maximum vortex melting capacity is 12t/h. The service life of the integrated impeller is more than 6 months, and the overall replacement time of the impeller is less than 30mins.
7：Dust hood and exhaust injection system were installed above the melting vortex, the smoke can be conducted to the furnace chamber to burn out.
8：Non-reversing combustion system and quick-change regenerative box. The replacement time is less than 30mins.
