The S-MIC furnace is a new type of all-electric melting furnace that integrates aluminum alloy immersion melting, aluminum liquid circulation, and online degassing technologies. Its thermal efficiency is 1.5 times that of traditional tower melting furnaces, and its energy consumption is only 46% of that of traditional tower melting furnaces. The heat source comes entirely from the immersion electric heater, with no fuel-related equipment, no flue, zero CO₂ emissions, a compact structure, high thermal efficiency, low furnace temperature, low burning loss, and a significantly reduced on-site construction period. With the gradual popularization of green electricity, the S-MIC furnace is an indispensable equipment for achieving the dual carbon goals.
