The first aluminum Chip melting furnace of SANKEN group was built in June 1987, and the group's sales volume has now exceeded 400 units. The melting capacity range is from 100 kg/h to 5 t/h, equipped with a high-performance pretreatment system, the recovery rate can be over 97%. In recent years, NEU-SANKEN chip melting furnaces have adopted new technologies such as the low-NOx regenerative combustion system, new pump chamber structure with an impeller zero jamming rate, a unique fume extraction technology with zero smoke leakage, and a top-mounted regenerative combustion system that provides more uniform heating and less impact on refractories. These technologies better address the production pain points of customers and further save energy and reduce emissions.
