The rotary heat treatment furnace of NEU-SANKEN is a high-performance heat treatment equipment specially developed for aluminum alloy castings such as automobile engine blocks, cylinder heads, wheel hubs, steering knuckles, and control arms. At present, SANKEN group sales volume has exceeded 40 units. This equipment can be equipped with the new patented quenching transfer mechanism, with a transfer time of < 15s. It is rationally designed through simulation, with a temperature uniformity of ≤ ±3°C. Taking the treatment of cylinder heads as an example, the natural gas consumption per ton of aluminum is < 30Nm³. In 2019, it helped Tianjin T Factory achieve the smooth production of its first electric rotary heat treatment furnace in China, with 0 CO₂ emissions.
