Since 2010, SANKEN Group has been developing heating furnaces for hot stamping. We have provided more than 20 sets of roller- hearth and multi-layer box - type heating furnaces to domestic and Japanese automobile manufacturers. The processed materials of the equipment include aluminized, galvanized, and bare materials; the heating methods of the equipment include gas radiant tube and electric heating, with the temperature uniformity in the furnace ≤ ±3℃; the atmosphere in the furnace includes protective gas (O₂ concentration in the furnace < 0.3%) or dry air. In the future, we will continue to contribute to the stable production of our customers. We will design and produce more compact and energy - efficient equipment according to the production needs of customers, and contribute to building a decarbonized society and protecting the global environment.
